Di Ridley is a Child Psychologist who enjoys working with parents and children on behaviour, anxiety and educational needs. She has extensive practical experience in the design and delivery of training for a broad range of professionals across the education, child welfare and family support sectors. Di also previously worked at schools as a teacher and educational consultant, specialising in working with children with behavioural and reading concerns. Di has also worked at the Parenting Research Centre in 2002 and contributed to the research and delivery of many parent or child development programs in schools, Early Learning Centres, family and health settings.

Some of the programs Di has trained and worked with professionals and parents include: small talk, Signposts for Building Better Behaviour, ABCD, Making Moments Matter, Healthy Start, AusParenting in Schools, Early Days, Baby Business and the Positive Parenting Program(Aust and internationally). Di has also served on a Kids Matter committee at a local primary school and has the following additional qualifications and certifications:
