Jessica is a Provisional Psychologist who will be fully registered in the next three months. She has worked in the Disability and Community sector for the last six years across varied non-government roles including working in the rural town of Roma, where she worked with diverse and varied clients and engaged with the local and surrounding communities. She has experience working with clients across the lifespan and has worked across various clinical settings, including multi-disciplinary allied health teams, disability, child and adult mental health, and positive behaviour support.
Jessica works collaboratively with clients, and combines evidence-based treatments with a warm, non-judgmental, strengths-based approach, to help clients struggling with a range of difficulties and to provide them with the necessary tools to achieve their goals. Jessica’s approach includes providing evidence-based psychological interventions including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solutions Focussed Therapy, Art Therapy, and Play Therapy.
Jessica has experience treating a range of mental health issues and diagnoses, including:
