Kylie is invested in providing a supportive and compassionate space for adults and adolescents, to assist clients to improve psychological well-being, build resilience and thrive. Her warm natured approach enables clients to feel supported as they work towards achieving their therapeutic goals. She can assist clients with a diverse range of concerns and is committed to a high level of professionalism and collaboration. Kylie has experience delivering evidence-based psychological interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT), and Solutions Focussed Therapy (SFT), and will personalise the therapeutic intervention utilised to suit each client’s individual needs and goals. Kylie is a passionate lifelong learner and is committed to continuing professional development in diverse therapeutic modalities and in treating diverse life issues.
