About Tony
Experienced Across the Full Lifespan — From Infants to Older Adults
Tony Musskopf is a General Psychologist based full-time at the Sippy Downs clinic, bringing a broad and deep clinical expertise to his work across the full lifespan — from infants and young children through to older adults. His ability to work with all age groups makes him a particularly versatile and valuable clinician, and his full-time Monday-to-Friday availability ensures that clients can access consistent, ongoing support.
Tony's clinical interests span a wide range of presentations, with particular depth in trauma, neurodevelopmental conditions (ASD and ADHD), eating disorders, and the complex presentations that can emerge across different stages of life. He brings a warm, pragmatic approach to his work — meeting clients where they are and developing practical, evidence-based strategies that make a real difference in their daily lives.
His experience with children and adolescents is a particular strength — he understands the developmental context of young people's difficulties and brings age-appropriate, engaging approaches to every session. His family therapy work (case by case) reflects a recognition that individual difficulties are often best understood and addressed within the context of the family system.

Tony's Approach to Care
I love the breadth of this work — the fact that I can sit with a five-year-old in the morning and an 80-year-old in the afternoon, and bring the same genuine care and curiosity to both.
Tony's enthusiasm for working across the full lifespan is genuine and infectious. He brings a natural warmth and adaptability to his clinical work — shifting his style, language, and approach to meet each client exactly where they are, whether that is a young child communicating through play, a teenager navigating the pressures of adolescence, or an older adult reflecting on a lifetime of experience.
His practical, skills-focused orientation means his clients leave sessions with concrete tools they can actually use — not just insight, but strategies. He believes that therapy should make a tangible difference in people's everyday lives, and he works hard to ensure that every session moves his clients forward.
Tony's full-time availability at Sippy Downs makes him a reliable and consistent presence for his clients — something that is particularly important for children and families who benefit from regular, predictable contact with their clinician.
