Victoria — known warmly to everyone as Tori — is the heart of our Maroochydore clinic's administrative team. As Senior Administrator, she leads the front-of-house operations with professionalism, warmth, and a genuine passion for supporting clients through every step of their journey with us. Tori's background in psychology gives her a unique insight into the needs of our clients and the importance of a compassionate, client-centred approach to every interaction.

Tori oversees the day-to-day running of the Maroochydore clinic — coordinating appointments, managing clinician schedules, and ensuring every client experience is smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. She has accumulated years of experience managing teams and client services, and brings that expertise to bear in creating a clinic environment where clients feel genuinely cared for from the very first contact.
Psychology Background
Tori holds a degree in psychology, which gives her a meaningful understanding of the presentations our clients bring to the clinic and the importance of empathy, discretion, and sensitivity in every client interaction. This background allows her to communicate with clients about their needs in an informed and thoughtful way — bridging the gap between the administrative and clinical sides of the practice.

Tori is supported by a dedicated team of admin staff — including Sonique and Laila, who work each afternoon while also continuing their university studies. Together, this wonderful team is pivotal to the day-to-day running of the clinic. They will help you book appointments, answer your questions, and ensure you always feel welcomed and supported when you visit or contact the Maroochydore clinic. Our admin team is often the first voice you hear — and they take that responsibility seriously.
