Anxiety

Do you suffer from anxiety? Common symptoms include:

  • Feeling very worried
  • Find it hard to stop worrying
  • Your anxiety makes it difficult to do everyday tasks and chores
  • Felt restless on edge
  • Easily become tired

  • Trouble sleeping
  • More aches and pains than usual
  • Experienced a panic attack, became short of breath, increased heart rate

Depression

  • Depressed mood most of the day
